I reached out to the customer service email address yesterday. Josh responded very quickly. I was disappointed with his answer (not a service issue but just the way is). I thanked Josh for responding. He followed up again and worked with me until we had a solution. He totally solved my concern by the end of the day. Even after I gave up, he kept following up. Great experience.

I worked with Jenny V. on a phone consult to ensure everything went smoothly while ordering our library ladder and she was wonderful. She explained the mechanics and install specifics and walked me through the custom design form beat-by-beat. It's impressive to have this level of customer service and her knowledge was invaluable.
