The team at Putnam Radiology Group are very professional. I have recently had several procedures and the technicians and clerical staff are always considerate.
Terrible staff experience. Prior to my appointment on June 27, 2019 I asked if they needed any additional information and was advised they did not. At my appointment I was told they needed the actual ultrasound image and THEY would request it. I was called later that day and asked to get the image myself. I told them I was unable to do so and they told me they would request the records.
