John came to my home today and helped with some water pressure issues. He was very thorough and walked through both before and after he worked to make sure he covered everything. Today feels like I got a whole new set of plumbing fixtures because of the issues he fixed.
John the plumber they sent was friendly and efficient. Its hard to get a plumber out where we live. He was on time thorough and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Absolutely fantastic work. John was incredibly professional. My dad is 85 years old and can be a bit difficult. John explained everything and made my dad feel right at ease (not an easy task). He had the water heater installed in record time. Wrote instructions on the water heater for future care. Dad was smiling at the end. Thank you John for your big smile and wonderful attitude.
