I had a great experience buying my first car here. Angelo was very helpful throughout the test drive, answered all my questions, and made choosing the car easy without any pressure. Adrian was very helpful with the financing process and made sure to explain everything.
They will upsell you using misleading statements and scare tactics. Went in to check out the brakes and do brake fluid change. They upsold me on transmission oil change as well that turned out to be unnecessary and pointless for an extra $400. They said they recommended doing this transmission oil change as a preventive maintenance to prevent metal chips from causing more damage, but it turns out that I have a skyactive engine which needs no oil change, esp for standard driving in CA.
