I had a radio head replacement without my permission, not even a new one, it was someone retired. Got charged $3300. *******. said cant return, that is it!

I wholeheartedly agree! Putnam Lexus is not reputable.Today is day 2 waiting for the Service Manager to return my call. I took my Lexus in to get an oil change, front end alignment, and I told them I wanted my brakes checked because the front end was pulling badly and shaking when I was going downhill and applying the brakes. I was called later and told my car was ready. When I went to pick it up I was told that the technician test drove my car and my breaks were JUST fine. One of the worst post-purchase experiences in a long time. If you ever plan on purchasing from these guys, stay far far away from their Finance Dept. DO NOT agree to purchase any maintenance or extended warranties. The finance dept. team will not respond to your emails or phone calls. They will pretend to be "busy with another customer" if you show up in person to inquire about the plan you purchased. Same thing with the service department.
