Be wary of their scams. I went in with my Telluride for an oil change. One of the service associates comes back saying that I need to replace my tires (< 3 mm thread) and that they were worn out. They even capture it convincingly in their paperwork. I say no to the tire change, and go to another dealership and turns out tires had 7 mm thread and don't need to be replaced. Never returned to this dealer service scam center again.
Service Department is great! They send videos doing a walkthrough of what they inspected or fixed. Uber vouchers for $15 x2 for trip home and the trip back to pick up the car
Marlon was great, very professional and they fixed my car’s issue, fixing the mess another poorer quality Kia dealership made. Highly recommend these guys!
