This review is long overdue! I've had my Kia serviced here for a few years and I've been pleased with the customer service. I like that the staff here are Kia-trained & certified. The three guys at the front of the department are always courteous, patient, helpful and respectful. Unfortunately this is rare in my experience as a woman when visiting other dealerships, so I consider this a very important element of their good customer service. This review is for the service department. I brought in my husband’s car for service after having a bad experience at the Serramonte Kia Service department. Thankfully, Chris and Marlon took great care and made sure to review the previous service history before replacing our brake pads. Even though the Serramonte location is more convenient since I live in San Francisco, the service department here is outstanding. Terrible service. They tried to charge us for something we didn’t need and didn’t listen to our concerns. Definitely not recommended.
