Service Department is great! They send videos doing a walkthrough of what they inspected or fixed. Uber vouchers for $15 x2 for trip home and the trip back to pick up the car
Marlon was great, very professional and they fixed my car’s issue, fixing the mess another poorer quality Kia dealership made. Highly recommend these guys!
This review is long overdue! I've had my Kia serviced here for a few years and I've been pleased with the customer service. I like that the staff here are Kia-trained & certified. The three guys at the front of the department are always courteous, patient, helpful and respectful. This review is for the service department. I brought in my husband’s car for service after having a bad experience at the Serramonte Kia Service department. Thankfully, Chris and Marlon took great care and made sure to review the previous service history before replacing our brake pads.
