I had a very positive experience a few months ago at Putnam Kia. Rishi was so patient to work with, showing me a few cars as I wasn’t quite sure what I really wanted. He was patient as I decided over 2 visits (actual buying on 3rd), and was informative with all the number crunching. This was MY personal first brand new car shopping experience! I was happy with our negotiations- including my car trade in value - and I have been SO happy with my new Kia Niro hybrid!! Thanks Rishi!

Definitely do not buy a car from this dealer, we came here and they gave us a damaged vehicle. When we talked, they said they would give a $500 discount and handle it at the service center. Everything was fine until the car was sold, but after the sale, no one cares except John. The sales manager just says, either take the $500 or get it done elsewhere. When I asked why I was supposed to accept a damaged vehicle, there was no answer, they just say, “you agreed to it.”
English translation: Definitely do not go to this dealership. My brother and I bought a car from here and they do not keep any of their promises. They gave us a damaged vehicle and said they would repair it, but then tried to close the matter by giving us a $500 check and saying we should have the car painted ourselves—or go get it done on our own if we want.
