Amazingly poor communications and scheduling. Went in for a warranty repair on my Lightning, and after leaving it all day was told I needed to come back for another part. When I didn't hear back for several weeks I called them again. The following week I was told that parts were available and then I received several texts over a couple weeks proposing appointment times. Absolutely love the service here. Darryl is a great service advisor who I trust to provide me with the right service.
I had 40k service done, and had some questions about the recalls on my 2022 mach-e. Julian was very courteous, the appointment was at the convenient time, the techs finished the service on the same day (in fact, Julian promised early afternoon, and they were done at like 12:30). I loved the detailed text communication and the videos of the inspection.
