I recently bought a used gt350 from Blue Barela. Unlike other dealership experiences Blue was upfront, honest and no hassle. Stated the selling price and left the decision up to me. When awaiting for finalization he was very personable with no additional fees or price adjustments from the original agreement. If you want a pleasant buying experience Blue is your man
Update on putnam ford purchase! The salesman Blue was kind and considerate throughout the whole process. We bought a used vehicle from them and 57 miles later After driving it back to our home the computer and alternator went out. The paperwork process was erratic as they had wrong numbers that we had to point out and get corrected in their favor. They did suggest that we buy a warranty, but who knew that this vehicle was a piece of crap! Please do not use them in any used car-sales.
Today, I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Alex, Shane and Josh on purchasing a new 2024 Mach-E. I've never met these gentlemen before today and they treated me like family (in the most positive ways). They were all knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, not pushy, no sale pitch, they only gave me information to help me make the important decisions. Julius, the service manager, went above and beyond in handling our car repair. Not only was the work done exceptionally well, but his communication throughout the process was outstanding, especially given the multiple challenges involved. I have the worse experience with service here I made an appointment through ford for my mustang Mach E because it was not charging at its full capacity instead the check my car the service person come to conclusion it’s because of my driving they don’t take my car waste my time they were rude with me I contact back ford explain the m again they made me Sunnyvale ford then they fix my vehicle this dealership is sucks
