Make sure your garbage cans are 3 ft apart if you have them, and if you can't shut the lid where it is laying flat they will not come pick up your trash. They will not bring this to your attention or give you a notice or they will claim that they will give you a notice but state that they put it on your can then retract and say they're speaking about something different. I just moved recently so I've only had service since April 2026, but I've been pleased. They delivered my shiny new 96 gal bin within 2 days of requesting it, and they've always picked up when they were scheduled to. I do the auto pay so no worries for me about mailing it in to the correct address, and a human has always answered the phone when I called during their normal hours. I can't say anything negative about PCSC at all... so I won't! I've been with them for about 2 years now (I think) and have not once had an issue with them that they didn't rectify. Today, as an example, I called because my trash pick-up was missed due to snow and ice, my pickup being on Mondays and here it is Thursday, so I call the office (during open hours) and get a young lady who gives me a call-back to inform me that someone will be out promptly to pick up my trash, so would I please set the can out at the end of my dr... read more
