If i could give a zero rating I would. From day one this office has never had my meds correct, even though I bring them to every appointment. The Dr never has my chart or a computer, just a piece of scrap paper to take notes on.My meds are all supposed to be 90 day scripts due to my insurance and they never send them in as 90 day scripts so I end up running out early or going without or calling them yet again on their mistake.The latest excuse for not filling a script was that I have to be seen every six months to get a refi... read more

I called to make an appointment and left a voicemail about how I can’t keep my anxiety under control and having shortness of breath. It’s been weeks and I still haven’t gotten a call back. Won’t be going back ever again.
