Treated with respect.They were all kind and nice.i will return.I was early for my appt.and they still took care of me.
This place is awful brought my little one in and they couldn't tell me anything of what was going on just kept doing tests. They said that it was serious enough to bring him to a different hospital but still didn't tell me what was going on and every time I was about to ask they would hurry out of the room. Finally we get brought by ambulance to a different hospital and they tell my husband the wrong one.
Terrible. My foot was in pain, nothing was broken so they only gave me a splint sandle and didnt even wrap my foot. No crouches, no ibuprofen, nothing. I still can't walk on my foot, 2nd day now of missing work. Do they not understand what pain is? Just because something isn't broken doesn't mean when you are 230 lbs it's a lot of pressure and pain. This is what I pay into all year? No way I will ever give my business to them again, if I had a serious injury who knows what would happen.
I was in here and the nurses and doctor were terrible they refused to give me the testing I went there to receive. I have received that same type of testing in other emergency rooms such as hendricks as recently as this year -- but putnam county hospital likes to play gatekeeper and get argumentative with patients about which sorts of tests they can administer.
