Was told they would not come pick up my disabled grandparents out of convienance. One with MS and cannot even lift up her arm. The other a 90 yr old man who is on a breathing machine. I had been with them for 9 days as the power was out due to Irma and had a generator going. I called them to try and get them into a shelter for special needs because I had to get my family of 6 to a hotel and they told me they would not come and get them just for convienance and that if I left them in would be taken up on charges.
