They have my 2018 1500 Ram since December of last year for an engine repair. They did the ter down and came up with the wrong diagnostic. The AC stopped working in my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee so I came to dealership to fix it. My car was in service for about 9 days. When I picked up the car I noticed many trim panels misaligned or not put back together. There were a few screws and broken plastic pieces laying around inside the car. But the worst part is that the panel that covers a knee airbag was coming off and there was white powder around it. I believe that the cover was broken and put back in the double sided tape. I took my fiat 500 e to them last month when I was unable to charge .there was only a few days left on the battery s warranty, but they got it done fast, and made sure that it was all covered.This was my third time taking my car to them.They have always been nice to both me and my dog.
