It’s unfortunate because I did not want to have to put a negative review back up after Gian stepped up and tried his best to resolve the issue at hand. Let me be clear, Gian is not the problem. He was great, and after my initial concerns regarding communication, he was much better at keeping me updated. My problem is with the technicians. They had my car since November, I initially brought it in for a CEL to be resolved and ready to smog. Despite having it until Jan (the first time) the car remained unfixed. Was charged for something that wasn’t done I was charged for DEF $88. Technician stated that he filled up the DEF. On my way back home I saw that my DEF was empty Called service and was asked to come back. They filled up the DEF. Problem is , I lost the trust to the dealer. Who knows what they charged me for and what was really done at this point.

I should have read the reviews prior to coming here. The reviews are low for a valid reason. The service provider who helped me had poor communication skills and disregard what I asked them to do. He tried to upsell me and add on services that I didn't need.
