I had the BEST interaction with Michelle Weatherholt, Director of Marketing and Admissions, at Putnam Center. I left a message late one night when needing to find a LTC solution for a family member. She called me back the next day, remembered my family member by name, and talked through the LTC options. She was so very friendly and I felt like my concerns for my family member were heard. I am a daily visitor to Putnam Center. I am greeted with a smile every time that I walk in. The staff always ask me how I am doing today. The building is clean and it does not have odors that I have encountered. We spend lots of time in therapy and they are good, impressive people.

I love this place! I am so happy here! Everyone here has been so good to me. Several of the CNA’s really go out of their way to help me, especially Rebekah. Michelle checks on me every day. Hannah and JC are so great with all of my appointments. I love my therapy and the activities here. This was a great decision for me. I didn’t need to be so nervous!

I just can’t say enough good things about the folks and the therapy at Putnam Center. They were all so good to me. I was able to get to go home much faster than I thought that I would.

Putnam is such a remarkable place! The staff really, really care about everyone. The therapy team does an exceptional job. Everyone that works there is friendly and they all try to be helpful. The food was good the majority of the time and it was even presented well.
