If I could give this service dealership negative 5 stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service dealership. My brand new car broke down and what was suppose to be only a week of repairs turned to 3 weeks. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism I experienced was mind boggling. Unless you’re calling them for updates on what is going on, no one contacts you and when you do get a hold of someone it’s “we’ll get back to you we’re still running diagnostics” and they never follow up on that. ... read more

If I can give them zero stars, I would! Worse place to get your car serviced!! Lack of communication and they can’t get work done. My husband dropped my car off on Tuesday. After a week, yes A WEEK, of not hearing from them with ANY update, we decided to call them. They didn’t work on the car until 7 days after, then realizing they needed to order a part.
