I went there for a 140k maintenance cause I saw that their price was cheaper than Folsom Buick GMC by almost $600. They did the 140k maintenance but said that my battery had failed their test. Battery was one which Folsom Buick GMC had put in almost 4 years ago.i replaced the battery. They also said that a leak had been detected but they know where it was coming from. Unfortunately, my experience with Putnam GMC’s service department has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I have brought my vehicle in multiple times for ongoing issues, only to be told repeatedly that they “cannot duplicate the problem,” so nothing gets fixed. The most consistent issue has been my brakes making noise. I first reported this when my car was nearly brand new, with only about 300 miles on it. At that time, I was told some noise was normal. I had been going to Putnam GMC Service Center regularly for months as a loyal customer, which turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money.
