Where do i even start!! This place is one of the absolute worst doctors offices i’ve ever been to. Doctor Blake Putman seems like a great doctor until you can finally make an appointment and see him, just for him to talk about himself the whole time. Also while criticizing your body on your piercings and tattoos you have. Now time to talk about the staff. They are horrible at answering any phone call ever. I met Blake during my visit and he was nice. The lady who took my blood was awesome and so friendly! Also my nurse lady was so very kind as well. However. Whenever I'm checking out from my apt the ladies seem so snobby. What is with that? Also while I was waiting in the lobby I heard one of the ladies talk to a lady whom was working at the front computer and i felt sorry for her as she was being talked to like she was a nothing no good. Hello, ok I left a few years ago, I was a patient of Dr putmans the reason was, i told the receptionist to leave a note with Dr putman ok she said, it never got to him, the nurses there are amazing especially Lindsey, it was awful communication, between leaving notes to get to the Dr, so I started leaving Dr putman message he got right back, I got tired of the bad communication, and when you have bad communication, you don't get the best care, I don't wanna always make an appointment just to tell Dr something and the manager... read more
Dr Putman is an amazing doctor. Josh is really good as well. My biggest complaint is trying to get anyone to answer the phone. It’s so frustrating! It’s not any particular time of day either!
