No ever answers the phone and good luck getting a call back. Very disappointing 😞
I never leave negative reviews, but my experience with Putnam Family Medicine has been extremely frustrating. Communication with the office has been very difficult. Getting someone on the phone is challenging, messages are not returned promptly, and when I was able to speak with staff, I found them to be rude and unprofessional. Fire your medical receptionists AI can do their job better honestly based on my experience, you could probably pull a random person out of the waiting room and get the same level of communication.
Friendly drs and staff. My only complaint is no one answers the phone.

Doctor Putmans office staff are horrible , most days it takes calling 20 - 30 times to get someone to answer the phone . If you leave a message no call back . I almost got fired from a 26 + year job because of staff not filling out paper work . Staff not turning bills into insurance , so insurance comes after me for the balance . Trying to get prescriptions filled is a nightmare !!! Total incompetent staff !!! Goto to a real doctor's office in Lapeer or Saginaw . I'm almost 60 years old and have never experienced such total ... read more
