Dr. Puterbaugh should not be trusted. I had a yearly exam and during this time she neglected to diagnose subacute thyroiditis. She asked me if I knew how to use allergy medication, specifically Flonase, when I complained of a sore throat in a specific area. Two weeks later I landed back in her office for the same complaint with additional symptoms. This time she had a student observing our visit. Nicole Puterbaugh knowingly and intentionally sent my insurance company a bill which was coded incorrectly. As a result, I was sent an unjustified bill. We made numerous attempts to get it corrected. It is still being litigated. I honestly believe they are targeting seniors. Despicable and illegal!!!
I usually don't rate restaurants or services, but I feel compelled to provide a review of Dr. Puterbaugh. As someone who has been associated with health care for over 40 years in many settings, I can confidently recommend Dr. Puterbaugh as the kind of Primary Care Physician that everyone should have. He knows his patients, spends time explaining medical issues and makes sure that you understand what he is saying. He is friendly, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable.
