Inefficient staff to take appointments and all. Took forever for small details, finally lost patience and gave up. Didn't see the doctor.

Dr. Purcha listened to my concerns and treated me well. Highly recommend him
Waited too much for an appointment and when got there they had me waiting for 1 hour only to find out they were behind schedule when I asked. Why did the receptionist didn't announce that when I signed in? I did not get to see the doctor. There a plenty of good gastroenterologists with better personnel to lose my time here.
