I've recently used Miller Ferry to take my truck and camper from Catawba Island to Put-In-Bay. And also rode as a passenger from Middle Bass Island back to Catawba Island. The folks at the ferry were all very pleasant and professional. The ferry's ran on time as scheduled.
The men that work on the boat are very rude and told me where to stand very rudely as if I was supposed to know what to do my first time on it. But otherwise it was a nice trip to the island and the price was ok. I just wish they'd learn some customer service.
The employees of the Miller Ferry Service were very helpful and accommodating.
