Couldn't wait to get off the ferry and back onto land. Some of the rudest people I've ever met. No one has any respect for other people's properties. Everyone was leaning on my new truck, INCLUDING the workers. Rude! And that's just the start... The workers were completely rude and disrespectful. One even commented about my girlfriends chest as we walked by, after getting out of my truck. We had a great experience taking the ferry to Put in Bay. It was about a 20 minute one way trip but didn't feel like it took that long. We stood on the lower deck the water would splash up over the deck we liked it. The view was great , on the way back we went right by Mouse island which was really neat.

My husband and I just visited PIB this passed Monday using the Miller's ferry.it was our 1st time there. We enjoyed the boat ride, we felt safe and all the workers were very friendly. They all said hello, asked how our day was going and gave us info on places to go in PIB. Thank you guys for your service!

The only complaint I have is that there is no round trip tickets for vehicles on Saturdays. Which is fine, but I found no mention of that on the website or on this page. We only found out after loading the car for the day and driving two and a half hours only to be turned away at the ferry because we weren't planning on spending the night on the island. At which point we drive around for almost half an hour because all the free and paid lots were full. Luckily, we came across someone charging people to park in his yard, but ... read more

Hello Patrick, Thank you for your review of Miller Ferry. I am sorry that you could not find the information on our website. On our website it says "See Vehicle Guidelines" next to the vehicle fare. That page has a lot of helpful tips when bringing your vehicle to Put-in-Bay & also states; "Vehicles can round trip within the same day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. However, because of heavier traffic we are not able to round trip a vehicle within the same day on Saturday, Sunday or a Holiday Monday." This... read more
