Dr. Sajja is a patient and thorough physician with an exceptional bedside manner. She demonstrates a strong commitment to patient well-being and proactively utilizes resources from other physicians to optimize medical care.
She did not take time to explain my results to me. I finally had to say I don’t understand any of this and what I’m supposed to do. I got a generic response. She does not answer messages on my chart in a timely manner. When I finally called to get an answer the reply I got was referring to my test results from a year ago rather than the most recent tests. Went to her for help in the summer of 2022, after getting COVID in early May of the same year. For the first time. My body was burning, it was one of the worst feelings I had ever had.
