Working with this guy, he doesn't seem to have any understanding of basic job requirements, filing correct items, filing items on time. I'm not sure if it's laziness or just apathy.
Our case was mismanaged from the start: John went on vacation and his “substitute” attorney filed papers without notifying us. The other side blew up. We had no knowledge, so we had no idea how to handle. Weeks later, a reconciliation phone call was scheduled between both sides but John was late by 45 minutes due to his child’s dentist appointment and was not prepared.
