The most amazing surgeon – confident and will tell you the truth as it is- like it or leave it is your choice but he is honest about how he can help or not helpt! When the local Surgeonss cannot handle it, they think of him! Dr. Mehra is nothing but the best--- You will be lucky if he treats you.
He does not do dentistry--he is absolutely the best maxillofacial surgeon around--amazing skills --world renowned for a reason!
He is widely regarded as the BEST in complex maxillofacial surgery in New England/East coast region. Ask any local surgeon and they will tell you that he is the go-to person .... Some technical skills and tackles the most challenging of cases - a wizard in jaw surgery - I personally am a doctor and vouch for this super-doc!
The staff was extremely unorganized. I have a hole in my wisdom tooth the size of a pen cap that has been hurting for months. They scheduled me three times so far and the last time i showed up and they said i was not in the schedule. i drove 70 miles each way for nothing!!!. They were extremely disrespectful when i wanted to know how they messed up so many times. I will never go to this surgeon again and would not reccommend anyone else to go.
He is certainly considered amongst the best in the world. He handles the most complex of cases, and is just awesome. The downside is his link to a University based system with its "red tape"
I had many complications due to the poor quality of his work. I cannot recommend him. Not a very pleasant person to deal with. I was in allot of pain after the procedure and he was indifferent to my concerns.
He is just excellent. I found him to be very caring and excellent. H eis listed in Americas best doctors in this speciality. I liked the private setting in the dental school faculty practice; the other location in the hospital is very busy.
I was referred by three different oral surgeons to Dr Mehra. Finally, I found someone who took the time to see me, understand my problems, and also treat me. He is one of the kindest persons, and definately # 1 in my book. I met many of his students and junior doctors during my treatments, and they all hold him in very high regard.
