Great trainers who make sure each group workout programme has good variety of exercises. They are encouraging and enthusiastic. A well run fitness place.
I highly recommend Matt for anyone looking to improve their strength and overall well-being. I have been seeing him for several months and the results are great. As someone over 50, I was struggling with aches and pains, but with Matt's guidance, I have seen a significant improvement. I feel stronger, lighter, and more energised.
