I have been going to Push Pull since June of 2024. The reason for going to this gym was it is designed specifically for senior citizens and the other reason was I had lost a lot of muscle mass due to auto immune system disease I have contracted. The results I have achieved going to Push Pull has been spectacular and I can highly recommend this gym to any senior who wants to regain their health.
Great!!! The perfect senior workout! You have your own set time and an easy to follow workout. The machines are all set up just for you, feels like a personal trainer without the high price. Great great great!!!
