Excellent place for seniors to improve mobility and fitness. Much more comfortable and relaxed than regular gyms. Highly recommend!
Push Pull is an excellent way for a senior to exercise critical muscles in order to stay active as they age. At 75, when playing golf, I even gained a few yards with my driver after exercising at Push Pull for a couple months. The machines are set up for you and you can complete the exercise routine in about 45 minutes. I think Push Pull is well worth the time.
