Excellent place for seniors to improve mobility and fitness. Much more comfortable and relaxed than regular gyms. Highly recommend!
Push Pull is an excellent way for a senior to exercise critical muscles in order to stay active as they age. At 75, when playing golf, I even gained a few yards with my driver after exercising at Push Pull for a couple months. The machines are set up for you and you can complete the exercise routine in about 45 minutes. I think Push Pull is well worth the time.
We enjoy working out at Push Pull! The facility is clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really like that they set the equipment up for me so I don’t have to! I can work at my own pace and build up gradually. I started seeing results after just a few visits. I’m so glad Push Pull is here. I wish we had joined sooner. Thank you!
