I’ve used this company for years. Never had a major issue. Only time they don’t cut are normal things like rain or workers out. I’ve been extremely satisfied with their services and would recommend them. Communication over phone and email has been easy and clear.
Got cut once, was told I'd get a weekly cut, I approved the virtual quote, got ghosted, no communication what so ever. I sent multiple texts to the main business and foreman's cell directly, called multiple times, and left voicemails. Edit, response to owner's response: The debris was obviously removed at the time it was found. Your team was able to cut the rest of grass without issue, what's preventing them for cutting it again? We ordered a weed and feed treatment, and they came out over the weekend because they knew it would rain the next day which helps the treatment! Very impressed by their dedication.
Aeration was very good. High end equipment. Excellent operator with cheerful disposition.
These guys are the best, they communicate better than the other companies I’ve used and their work is always well done. Would recommend!
