After seeing 20+ doctors, when we were in the middle of an appointment for my son who has a complex heart defect, he offered me an appointment because he suspected he knew what was wrong with me. I had an appointment with them at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time they were closed, despite having business hours 9 am-5 pm. I have waited for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and they’re still closed. I drove for an hour and I am driving back for another hour in vain. That’s absolutely unprofessional.
