CrossFit Rowlett changed my life. I talked to the owner three time before I had the guts to walk through the door over 13 years ago at age 52. I dropped into CrossFit Rowlett and push fitness tonight and was absolutely thrilled with the great community, coaching, and programming. Outstanding place to drop in for all CF enthusiasts. I drop into CF boxes all over the country and this is one of the best.
I’ve been a member of this CrossFit gym for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health.
