I dropped into CrossFit Rowlett and push fitness tonight and was absolutely thrilled with the great community, coaching, and programming. Outstanding place to drop in for all CF enthusiasts. I drop into CF boxes all over the country and this is one of the best.
I’ve been a member of this CrossFit gym for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. I have felt so fortunate to have found CrossFit Rowlett in 2012, and I could not be more grateful. For 12 1/2 years, CFR has been my fitness home.
