I'm hooked. I purchased a drop in for Meme's Saturday morning class. The whole vibe was exactly what I needed. The expectation from the coaches is that you can meet the challenge, there's no judgement and they offer just the right amount of push to keep you going. The workouts are tough but energizing. They have ALL the equipment to keep workouts interesting. But honestly the coaches are so creative...they can rock your world without it. A great place to get your sweat on.
The place is clean, trainers are informative, and everyone is friendly. Ton of equipment.. portable outdoor basketball hoop, beautiful boxing ring if that's your thing. I recommend booking a session with one of their trainers.
