I submitted new patient paperwork to Pusch Ridge Family Medicine several weeks ago to get an appointment. After a long wait to get processed, I get a call telling me that first timers have to make appointments at 1:45 pm (no earlier). I don't have the window for a 1:45 appointment ... WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Very inconsiderate and lacking in new patient care. Now I have to search for another provider ... there is no way I'm going to this center.
I've been going to Dr. Charani for years. He takes the time to listen and always knows the best course of action. He's a genuine, caring doctor. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr Charani always listens to you..never makes you feel rushed...
