I switched dr offices about a year ago. Im the kind of person who sticks with a Dr, especially when they provide above and beyond care. And that exactly what I found here at Pusch Ridge Family medical center. The staff is hands down the most friendly and caring personnel you will find. From the front office receptionist to phlebotomist. If they are accepting new patients I will highly recommend this place for your primary care needs. Took time off from work after scheduling my annual physical and they said I needed labs. When on the phone no one said I needed to be fasting. Got to my lab appointment and they told me I needed to be fasting and declined my appointment. They acted as if I should have known this and asked me to reschedule. Working with kids and rearranging my life to make this happen was hard enough to have to do it again. If this mistake was made I am scared other ones they are making. I am not a doctor but my time is valuable as well.
I had an amazing experience finding a doctor is not the easiest thing. I’m a barber and I do cut a lot of doctors in all fields, but Miss Cook took care of me and I just can’t tell you how much it feels good to find a welcoming office and it was fast, efficient and caring. My whole family will be coming here. I recommend Tommie clardy jr
