Total waste of time. I explicitly picked my doctor because he helped me. I asked him last year at last appointment about how to replace my insurance so I could keep him. This was last year September. He said, ask the front desk. I asked the front desk and they referred me to a insurance broker. I called the insurance broker for two months and ran out of time, so I bought a temporary insurance in the case I had major medical. NP Jennifer Clark and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I've been coming here for awhile and trust her judgement. Somehow she makes me feel better go out then coming in. So rare to find good people in the health care that actually care and aren't about just getting you to take another unnecessary test!

I established care with Pusch Ridge Family Medicine after leaving a concierge practice that was wonderful. That practice set the bar extremely high! Accordingly, I went into this appointment with very high expectations. I switched dr offices about a year ago. Im the kind of person who sticks with a Dr, especially when they provide above and beyond care. And that exactly what I found here at Pusch Ridge Family medical center. The staff is hands down the most friendly and caring personnel you will find. Took time off from work after scheduling my annual physical and they said I needed labs. When on the phone no one said I needed to be fasting. Got to my lab appointment and they told me I needed to be fasting and declined my appointment. They acted as if I should have known this and asked me to reschedule. Working with kids and rearranging my life to make this happen was hard enough to have to do it again. If this mistake was made I am scared other ones they are making. I am not a doctor but my time is valuable as well.
