He is a total scumbag only out for money. He will do nothing and charge you huge fees. He will lie to you the entire time while he smiles like the fuckface he is. Avoid!!!!!! Retained services and was billed for literally 2 communications via webmail and no other action taken. Requested retainer refunded as my case was in limbo and although he returned it he doubled my retainer when I needed services again and was extremely condescending and rude in the process
This law firm offers free in office consultations and charges $50 for a phone consultation. Really? Anything to make an easy buck! I do not reside in Iowa but I have legal issues to resolve, pretty shocked when they requested $50 fee. CLICK! I'll find a free phone consultation elsewhere!
An evil man who only cares about money. He couldn't even win a seatbealt case with a bunch of witnesses on his side. Don't retain services or even call him. He deserves nothing in life. With any luck, his family will leave him.
This place is crooked. Takes advantage of clients and preys on them during their most vulnerable time. Will tell you he will get your handled for "said" price and make you sign a contract. Nothing will get done and then all sorts of bills come in. Will not discuss charges and threatens to sue you if you post negative reviews or dont pay b.s charges. Look hos name up...he has had issues with one of his law partners...has formed a petty manipulative lawsuits against cops and beyond having his "paralegals" (overpaid secretaries) file papers he charges for any and every question and his reaponses in messafe or in person are always long winded to get more time to charge you for.
