One of the many reasons I keep going back to Purvis Total Car Care for fixes is that they are always honest and open. The prices they charge are always fair, and they explain things clearly. Quality service And excellent price
Second Update to review: After 3 weeks of not receiving any returned phone calls and a few calls were actually answered by the shop (usually by the newer office worker not Joanna). The new employee said she couldn't go and get someone from the shop because it was "loud". I guess I finally called back enough that Joanna decided to answer the phone and thought it would be a good idea to once again treat the customer like they were beneath her because she answered the phone once.
