Just before he closed he put new tips on my diamond ring I got it back took it home and after looking at the 30 point stones x3 under special lighting I could see I was ripped off. I had the ring for 30 years now when I look at my ring it makes me sick in my stomach. Carma is coming your way.

I had an aquamarine and 5 small diamonds from jewelry I wasn’t wearing anymore. I took them in to John Purvis and he made such a beautiful ring for me. It feels so good to be wearing the stones instead of having them in the jewelry box gathering dust! Thank you Purvis Jewelers! Cindy M

I had bent my ring and setting and had several recommendations for this jeweler. They fixed it quickly, were extremely personable and helpful, and returned it to its original condition without even a hint of its previous damage. I would highly recommend this jeweler.

Took my watch in for a new battery, and they got it replaced fast. The next day my watch was slow, so I took it back. They tested the battery and let me know it was just an old watch. They immediately gave me a refund without me even asking. They were so helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
