UPDATED!! I emailed like you suggested I received no response, no phone call or email nothing. My credit card charges a couple percent for purchases. I would imagine a couple percent for returns? I would like to return this merchandise -5%, not the 20% Lawrence said he would charge me. I'm a small business owner out of Albuquerque New Mexico whenever I've needed chains binder straps or any type of cargo securement I've come to these guys And have had nothing but good to say about them until today. I walked to the back grabbed these 4 binders and 2 bags of chains then carried them to my truck. I did not use them want to return them and they want to charge me $92 restocking fee I told them I will walk them back and put it myself. they knocked it down to 10% and I said what are you charging me 10% for? paperw... read more
