Service Dept was great for me. Got the "Works" on my F-150. Price was reasonable and they even gave me a ride to lunch while they worked on it. Ask for Frank, he was awesome!
On cold mornings wait till 7 AM to gain access to the service waiting room.
Back for the third time for the same issue. We'll see if Ford Corporate can get it done this time. This service department sucks ass.
Avoid the service department like the plague. Everything charged by the book even if that means charging you 2 hours for 1 hour of work.
