Had an appointment with Dr. Grissom on a Monday at 2:00. When leaving my office to go to appointment I realized I had a flat tire (ran over nail). I called to inform them I had a flat and was going to be a little late and if that was ok. the lady put me on hold to ask and then came back on and told me that was ok. I walked in at 2:16 and they refused to see me because it was one minute past 2:15 even though I had called before appointment time and let them know and was cleared to come in. Dr. Jade (Anutida Charoentong) and Nurse Maria go above and beyond. They are so responsive and do not need reminders to assist you on follow up questions. I have had providers that would read my chart in front of me to remember who I am. I’m not saying they don’t read my chart before seeing me, but I can’t count the times I have felt that the care team didn’t have a clue who I was with previous providers. Had a toenail removed and they took really good care of me they are now my primary care and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly and well trained staff from the time I walked in. Recommend them
Great family clinic, convenient, hometown feeling and great physicians, medical staff and administrators!
I’ve been a patient here for nearly 15 years, sadly I won’t be returning. What a shame it is when a doctor office forgets they’re treating people and not just another patient on the list. No thank you, will find another doctor!
