We just had their roof taken off and BAC put on. Most roofers who looked at Purveyor's work shook their head and said "I'm sorry, this makes all roofers look really bad." Shoddy work, no guarantee (although they state that there is) and really low quality individuals. The roof lasted 8 years only by virtue of it being put on over another 4 roofs. Still leaked and required 3 thousand dollars of repairs over the years. These folks also do shoddy stucco work. Please stay away.
Doesn't even rate a star!!!! Called them to do warranty repairs on leaks they had already repaired once before and before they even looking at my roof wanted a $1000 check for repairs told me I did not have a warranty on my roof. This is the second leak in the same place and seams are now starting to come apart and the roof is about 5 years old. First estimate I got told me I should have at least a 10 year warranty on the roof and to go back to the people who did the original work. Well I am going back to my first estimate .
You saw the movie "Tin Men". . .they're here and just as big a flim flam operation as portrayed in the movie. These are the original rude and crude siding guys. STAY AWAY, WALK AWAY, DON'T PAY THEM A DIME and DON'T ANSWER THEIR RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS REPEATED PHONE CALLS.
Rude and crude by scotmcd - 04/06/2012 Had appointment for estimate, five minutes before appointment time the "owner" calls and asks for directions, he was still in town and I live 30 min from Abq.
