AWFUL. Talk about horrible customer service. If you like being lied to and cheated GO HERE!! I paid over $60.00 to have blades and shears sharpened and twice got them back TOO DULL TO CUT HAIR! I wasted 5 weeks waiting for sharp equipment and I STILL haven't gotten any! Called today and tried to talk to management and I was told WE DON'T GIVE REFUNDS. Obviously this place could care less about their customers and providing quality service!!!
Ive been using purtle for all my sharpening and repair needs for a long time and have never had anything to complain about. My equipment has always come back sharp and in better condition than when i turned it in. Groomer lori, why would you not be calling about your clippers? I know i need my stuff back asap... that sounds like your fault. Purtle is priced right, their salesmen are courteous, and face it: your only other option for shear sharpening is scissor king who will not set your shears and ruin them over time. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS...THERE IS A MAN BY THE NAME OF DAX WHO REFUSED TO HELP ME ON AN ORDER HE BOTCHED....HE HUNG UP ON ME 3X ....HE HAS NBO PEOPLE SKILLS AND CLAIMS HE NEVER MAKES MISTAKES..HE INSULTED ME OVER THE PHONE AND SAID"WHAT YOU GONNA DO" I ASKED FOR A MANGER HE REFUSED...I TOLD HIM WHY WOULD YOU RUIN A CONSUMER RELATIONSHIP HE SAID " WHAT RELATIONSHIP" EXACTLY WHY YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS DIC OR IS IT DAX
No Problemo! – I had nary a complaint! I have used Purtle Supply to re-slazer my combs, defilament my cat polisher and retool all my electric cuticle warmers. I'm always happy with their service, especially "cocktails and a rim-job" day every third Tuesday! Keep up the good work!
Beware Dont Use for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I just got my scissors, blades,and clippers back today. They have been ready for a long time but they did not bother to call me. My scissors were covered in black stuff and had marks all over them. My clippers still sound weird that they should have fixed. I don't know if the blades are good yet. Very Angry that they did not treat my expensive equipment with care. I spend 100 dollars on VERY POOR SERVICE! My first and only time I will use Purtle Supply! The real Rating ... read more
