No call, no show. I made an appointment through the website for a consultation. To set up the appointment it only asks for name, date/time, email and phone number. I sent a follow up email for clarification if the consultation was performed by phone since the eform never asked for address information, or if I should expect at some point they would reach out for address. I can't say enough good things about Seth and the detailing job that he did on our F150. We have two Golden Retrievers who go everywhere with us and the entire truck was covered in dog fur, windows with drool and mud on the floors. Seth communicated appropriately leading up to the appointment, which I made through his website, and arrived early for the appointment as well.
