Our group of 60+ year olds started working out with Adam and Matt a couple of years ago to help us with our flexibility and strength during the golf off season (now it's 12 months a year). We have all had great results and if not showing in our golf score it has definitely improved our aging active lifestyle.
Pursuit is SUCH an incredible center that has done so much to help me. I want to especially shout out Xsenia, Heather, and Marcus whose attention, expertise, and gentle care has been a huge support for my chronic pain journey. Thanks so much to you all!
