Says you’re still open but I was being seen for over a year and then was told my provider was leaving but I couldn’t get another one so I had to find a different company…which has been a nightmare and I still haven’t found one and wasn’t given any refills on my medication…also can’t get ahold of anyone that works there…huge waste of my time because I was doing great on my meds but now I have had to go cold turkey
Your review score is dropping quickly, seems to be the same story over and over. People getting kicked out for no reason and high doctor turnovers. Wonder how long till this effects your pockets. Maybe come up with a plan to fix what's wrong and reach out to those that have left reviews. Just a thought. There is tons of online places that treat their patients very well. You have competition now.
They used to be good. They have got progressively worse over the last year or 2. Takes a day to get a response from your support counselor. I have started going through about 2 doctors a year, so its even not reliable for the doctors that work there. Their labs come back inconclusive regularly. They will tell suddenly spring on you they need a local lab, not caring local labs cost upwards of 200 dollars. Stay away from them, they are no good anymore. There are other better services out there.
They are using the excuse you need to see a doctor face to face to kick you out when you've done nothing wrong. We are looking into what we can do. I'm certain it's not just a couple of people. It's lots. And the data will most likely back me up.

I informed my doctor that I had been experiencing additional pain and asked if she had any objection to me consulting my family physician about a possible non-narcotic option.
