First he called me by a different name guessing by my race but not by my real name in front of everyone, He had about 4 other people he was attending at the same time. The cancellation fee is $50. He tried to build a rapport instead of trying to attend my injuries, by asking questions in front of everyone. I thought it was a one-on-one but it felt like a group physical therapy. I show them the script and x-rays but still had to ask me questions felt like he didn't bother with the instructions in the script.
I’ve been going to pursue for a few weeks and have seen such improvement! Love the staff here.
I had ACL reconstruction surgery a while back and needed a place to go. This place was nearby, and I haven’t stopped going since. Great people here that help you with your journey and get you back on your feet. Shout out to Marta and Patrick, my PT crew.
