I highly recommend Persue Health. Kamala (Kam), my Physio has been so amazing. Coming in with a torn meniscus, asking me for my goals upfront, testing strength, building me a plan, starting small and now back into the gym to build muscle. I am definitely seeing the results and Kam really made me feel cared for - like my own supportive team and coach! Yes I did the work and consistency and discipline has paid off but the app and the plan from Kam has been brilliant. Thank you thank you thank you. Wendy

Very friendly and patient staff at Pursue who take proper care with their clients. In particular, Kamala was superb in helping me return to fitness after a long-term ankle injury. I was never overloaded with exercises, and my routine was planned in a way that easily fit around a busy lifestyle. My return to sport also felt seamless, with Kam striking a great balance between being appropriately conservative and getting me moving as soon as possible.
