From the reviews, I'm sure that the Physios are fantastic. However, the reception staff left a lot to be desired. I left, unable to book an appointment, because the receptionist was disinterested and unable to articulate the services available. Quite baffling, especially as I had a referral.
Paul Visentini and Raymond Chan have been amazing. My best physio experience EVER. They genuinely care about their patients. Paul did check-ins even on the weekends via email, to see the progress of the treatments and I was able to reach via emails to clarify things. I am having a lower back and knee pain issue related to cycling. Paul helped me with bike fit and initial treatments and now I do rehab with Raymond. I feel much stronger and hitting more PBs on Beach Rd and in the Nongs.
Outstanding team of physiotherapists here, they have really helped me get on top of a knee injury that has been causing me trouble. I've seen both Ray and Paul. They are both very knowledgeable and professional, they know how to relate to an athlete and help plan ahead and focus on the long term goals as well as immediate assistance with pain management. Can highly recommend them to anyone who is experiencing pain or just want to get stronger to improve performance and prevent injury. 10/10 ✅
