This cafe is usually excellent. Hate to leave a bad review but we ordered a To good to go bag, never had any issues in past. When we got there, they threw everything away and said they can’t cancel/refund us. Even that would have been fine, things happen. We get it. But the caterer/barista was incredibly rude and hostile about it for absolutely no reason. Purslane was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. My husband and I are vegan, and they not only offered amazing plant-based options, but they also adjusted many of their standard menu items to suit our dietary preferences without sacrificing taste or presentation. Great bites and options for an event that we held! The spreads were displayed beautifully and easily fed 30-40 people with the selections that we had. Customer service was great and efficient, helping us plan just a couple of days before. Thanks!
