Incredible people service and work
Have been trying for over a month to get Ryan to send me a couple of pics of a headstone I've been interested in. Have called twice, emailed twice, and nothing! I really wanted this to work out but very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company!
I had to leave a good review for this place because I had a different experience than the negative reviews seen here. I am from out of town so contact was completely through phone/text/email! Ryan always stayed in touch with me through out the whole process. They were very affordable and the process only took a few months before my mom's stone was placed! I'm very pleased with the stone, price, and service we received. They took care of everything! Give them a call!
I ordered a headstone with Pursell Monument for my beloved baby cat Cherry at the end of this past December of 2024 when she died. I had her laid to rest in the pet section of Clear Creek Cemetery. I’d never ordered a headstone before, but I knew it needed to be a black stone because she was my little black spooky Halloween kitty, and I told them over the phone, texts, and emails what I wanted, and the end product is everything I wanted for my Cherry cat.
