I would advise anyone considering this firm to run for the hills. To say they are incompetent is an understatement. They couldn’t even handle a basic traffic ticket. This past Spring, our 17 year old son received a speeding ticket. Obviously we were disappointed. However, we wanted the best outcome possible so we retained Steve White. I hired this law firm (Dan Briegal) almost 2 years ago to retain a hardship license. March of 2025 will mark 2 years that we are still running this horse and pony show. What an absolute waste of time and money. I feel like thieves took me for a run. There was almost no communication. Good luck on reaching your attorney by phone.
