Horrible experience last Saturday. First time will be the last time. Took our long hair tortie cat in to be groomed. She had some mats on her belly we wanted cut off, they quickly shaved her leaving several mats, didn't bathe her, and didn't trim her nails. She was so stressed out. $90 and 5 days later and I still can't get a manager to call me back...
We have been going here many years. This last visit we took our cat here, he received the worst cut ever. We requested that he get his stomach and back shaved as we always do. This time around, the cut was uneven all over his body with patches of fur that the groomer missed. She did not cut the fur between his paws and the overall result looked cheap and rushed. On top of that, he had a small bald patch and cut on his neck where it looks the clippers nicked him because she was in a hurry. We will not be returning.
